    I have successfully installed and activated plugin, but when I try to access the setting (setting-> Email Users) I get error HTTP 500 that
    page “wp-admin/options-general.php?page=mailusers-options-page” cannot be displayed.
    “Email Users” entry in WP left sidebar is OK
    I use WordPress 4.9.5 and all other plugins work correctly.
    No message is displayed when installling and/or activating “Email Users”
    Can you give me some help, please ?

    Sounds like you have some sort of a plugin conflict. The mechanism in which the Email User settings menu is constructed hasn’t changed in a long, long time. Some new options have been added over the years but the way the settings page hooks into the Dashboard has been stable.

    What I recommend is temporarily disabling all other plugins except Email Users and see if the problem persists. If it doesn’t, start enabling plugins one at a time or in small groups until the problem comes back. That will narrow down the conflict. Once you know which plugin is conflicting with Email Users we can figure the next steps.
