Errors in PHP?

When I install a plugin (any plugin) I always get this message still..

Notice: Undefined index: file in
/wp-content/plugins/resmushit-image-optimizer/resmushit.php on line 89

Notice: Undefined index: sizes in
/wp-content/plugins/resmushit-image-optimizer/resmushit.php on line 93

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in
/wp-content/plugins/resmushit-image-optimizer/resmushit.php on line 93

I have reported this before, a long time ago, and you reported it fixed, but I’m still seeing this..

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I don’t see any other real issues, other than this error message when installing plugins.
