No GDPR checkbox with reg form

    Hi all

    I’ve added the GDPR checkbox to my form via Manage Fields according to your instructions.

    But for some reason it doesn’t show up in the registration form.

    Could you guys pleased let me know where I might Wenz wrong?

    Hello @justyumyum,

    This is caused by the Placeholder Labels add-on that you have installed. I did an update to it to fix the issue and update the archive on our website.

    Please download it again (from here), delete the current add-on version that you are running and then install the version you downloaded.

    The field should show in your registration form afterwards.

    Thanks, mate. The checkbox shows up now and everything works perfectly now!
