Amazing versatility for a free theme

  • I rarely write reviews for themes I find on the wp.org directory but for Buildr I’ll make an exception. This theme has a tonne of options for pretty much everything, including different styles for the blog and the navigation bar at the top of the page (I believe there’s three templates for each). I could see myself using it on a bunch of different types of sites down the road.

    The amount of customizability is huge. That’s for sure what impressed me most. One thing to note, though – when you install the theme it will prompt you to add a free “Buildr features” plugin. DEFINITELY DO THIS. It adds so many additional customizable options and most of the template stuff as well.

    What you said is pretty much exactly our plan with this theme, to give w.org users a free and highly customizable theme, that users can learn and use to build one, or all their websites.
