Since about a week ago, I’ve been unable to add new appointments from the backend with PM times. My only options are AM times. I don’t know what changed… Your help would be greatly appreciated! https://imgur.com/GZTdnQ0

    Hello @mcatselfprep

    Hope you’re doing well!

The time base depends on the Working Hours settings. Please go to Appointments > Settings > Working hours, without choosing a service provider from the drop-down list, set general start time and end time:

This will fix the time base in Appointments list.

Let us know how it went!

    Kind regards,
    Nastia

The issue seems to be back. It seems like the only way for it to allow you to choose whatever time you want for the appointment in the backend, you have to set the “No Specific Provider” hours to any hour of the day with the “yes” selected for any day of the week (see https://imgur.com/UKH3wje). For some reason, though, this causes a 500 Error when I try and load the appointments page.

    Hey @mcatselfprep,

    Hope you’re well.

While saying appointments page return 500 error, are you referring to front appointments page which users of your site will see, or wp-admin > Appointments page?

Did you install any extra plugin lately? Maybe that new plugins cause this issue, if yes can you try to deactivate them and try?

    Cheers,
    Oguz
