WP Rating doesn’t display the rating for new articles

There are three scrinshots displaying the problem:
1) the rating is not displayed in the article: https://yadi.sk/i/fHwvgAZ53VUa8g
2) the rating is not displayed in CMS (though displayed and updated for earlier articles): https://yadi.sk/i/vKXIdn6b3VUaNF
3) the data exists in the database https://yadi.sk/i/hxOIfxrI3VUaf6So, the plugin seems to be working but for new articles.
What causes the error?
