NO display of video on my theme

  • Hi, I just installed this plugin, as all of my products will be Youtube one single video as thumbnail only.

    But its not working.
    What am I missing ?

    Hi,
    Your theme could change the default woocommerce behaviour if no featured image is set.

    Could you try to set a featured image for this product ?

    you mean set a random featured image, but the frontend will automatically pull the video as featured ?

    Yes try to set a random image and check if the video appear, but another question, can you tell me the theme that you are using in your site ?

    You can see here, I have set a featured image – https://prntscr.com/judgxp

    but the product page shows this image, not the featured video.

    I have even placed the Youtube ID in the field correctly you can see – https://prntscr.com/judic2

    What else do you think is wrong ?

    It is possible that your theme is not integrate with plugin.
    Could you try to swith the theme with a WordPress default theme?
    Let me know!

    Do you have checked your log files?
    Do you have tried with another product? It should work with theme Twenty Sixteen. Probably your theme Napoli is not compatible.

    I just set it as per your instructions.
    Video URL and ID both tried in your friend, it still doesnt work ??

    Try to set it with the most basic settings, use a default WordPress theme, try creating a new product, also test it with different videos. The plugin has to work in a basic WordPress + WooCommerce installation. Then, if it works, try to set your current theme and check if it’s still working.
