Touch Swipe Script preventing selection of text

    I only have touchswipe active on News Tickers set to Rotate mode. There is a setting on the Rotate mode panel to disable this as well.

    It shouldn’t affect anything else that exists on your page, unless another plugin or your theme as it setup to trigger from other elements.

    It could also be possible that you have malformed HTML in your ticker content, if you manually added HTML, that is leave a tag open.

    Have found a solution to the problem. We are also using the plugin WP Responsive Menu. This has an option to enable swipe on mobiles. Have disabled this and selecting text is now working. Not sure which plugin is at fault, but we can live without swipe for the menus,
