Not working – Endless Loading

  • Hi, my name is Michela and I find your plugin very useful and easy to use but I have some issues.
    It’s almost a week that I can’t use the plugin, I see my tables greyed and an endless circle of loading running. I checked the server with my IT manager and everything is okay, can you help me please?

  • I have the same problem

    The endless loading isn’t an issue with the plugin, it’s because something in your site is overriding the default WordPress version of jQuery and is causing a conflict. You’ll need to either disable the plugin or theme that is overriding jQuery or set up a separate jQuery load for those plugins and leave the default WordPress one intact. You won’t get help setting that up here since it’s outside the scope of the plugin.

    Thank you for your inquiry, and sorry for the delayed reply.

    Were you able to resolve the problem?

    Sometimes after an update a manual deactivate+activate again, and resetting browser cache solves such problems.

    Otherwise could you please provide a link to a page with the problem?

    I have the same problem with endless loading of the tables. I switched back to the Version 2.1 witch works well.
    I have the full version not the lite.
