    I have Woocommerce running Customer Reviews as well as Woocommerce Points and Rewards.
    Customers are rewarded 100 points ($10) for leaving a review on a product they’ve purchased (Woo Settings are set for verified owners only capable of leaving reviews).
    In testing and sending out review reminders to customers, they aren’t getting any rewards points added to their account when reviewing through Customer Reviews.

    I have checked the Dashboard Comments section and Reviews on the product page made that were created through Customer Reviews, and they are set up in the exact format as a Review I left directly on the product page (not through Customer Reviews) which did add points to my test account, and showed points being added in the points log…

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Purchase Product
    2. Receive Review Reminder email
    3. Review product and submit the form.
    4. Review is shown on front end and in dashboard comments, but no points are added to customers account as per Points and Rewards setup.

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

    I think the problem might be that our plugin adds reviews using billing emails of customers while your points plugin expects an email associated with a user account on the WordPress website. Could it be the cause of the problem?

    yeah it will add points based on a user account which has purchased a specific product.. is there a way to add this integration as i’ve purchased your plugin, and like it’s functionality, i just need the points to be added upon successfully leaving a review..

    An option to send review reminders to email addresses associated with user accounts instead of their billing emails was added in version 3.31 of the plugin. Please update the plugin and let me know in case of any problems.

    Can you please let me know if “Registered Customers” option is checked or unchecked in the settings of our plugin (“Review Reminder” tab)?

    Unfortunately, it is difficult to investigate your issue because Points and Rewards is a paid plugin that doesn’t have a free version. So, we cannot install it on our site to reproduce your problem.

    Will you be able to install this Points and Rewards on our sandbox website and configure it similarly to how it is configured on your live site?

    Yes, the solution was implemented long time ago.
