Change Serial Number to Part Number/Sku

Hi,
I like this plugin alot. As a novice with Woocommerce I need help with displaying information accurately. My client needs these elements at a minimum:
Part Number, Description, Condition, Quantity, Price, Action

I have nearly everything covered that needs to be adjusted but on the table that is generated the Serial Number column should do 2 things:

1. Read as Part Number
2. Show the Part Number (not the product in its sequence)

The column for action should read: Request
