Discounts For Members Aren’t Working

  • Configured plugin. Added member discount to product test product 1. It’s not showing the discount. It’s still showing at $10 for members. Regular price is set at $10. I currently have only one member level. Paid member price is set at $5.00. When I add to my cart and check out, it’s still changing me $10.00. I’m using all latest versions of all plugins.

    I also tried clearing cache for the product. In addition, I logged out and cleared cookies. Still no luck. Site is hosted at Bluehost.

    Hi @bradvotava3,

    What kind of product is it? I’ve found that sometimes if you are using another WooCommerce plugin that create’s custom product types (i.e. Gift Voucher) it might not discount for the user.

    By default it should offer discount for variation / simple products.

    woo-commerce Version 3.4.4
    paid membership pro version Version 1.9.5.3
    Paid Memberships Pro – Woo-commerce Add On version 1.6.1

    i have set three levels sliver, gold and platinum , and i have one simple product A having 5000 regular price , i have set membership prices for sliver 4000 , for gold 3000 and for platinum 2000 but it showing 5000 for all members on product page as well s on cart page

    Woocommerce 3.5.3
    PMP 1.9.5.6
    PMP woocommerce addon 1.6.1
    No other plugins activated.

    The discount is appearing only when the product is not connected to the membership.
    When I choose the membership to link to the product, the discount is not working.

    What did you do to solve it?
    In my site this is making the plugin almost useless.
