How do I move the Autoptimize stylesheet below the Yoast metadata output block?

Hello friends, faced with a serious problem. This problem lies in the fact that in the body of the html page the code of the block with the styles (.css) Autoptimize is displayed earlier than the block with the metadata that is displayed using the Yoast plugin.
On the client’s site, you need to bring out all styles not in a separate file, but rather insert it into the body of the page. But after the styles are inserted into the body of the page, the metadata output “completely” (and somewhere partially) “flies”.
That is, I need to move the output of the Autoptimize styles below the block to the output of Yoast metadata. More detailed mapping in the screenshot below (in the screenshot I derived the styles in the css file, which would be more graphically).

Здравствуйте друзья, столкнулся с серьезной проблемой. Данная проблема заключается в том что в теле html страницы код блока со стилями (.css) Autoptimize выводится раньше чем блок с метаданными которые выводится при помощи плагина Yoast.
На сайте клиента необходимо все стили вывести не в отдельном файле, а внедрить именно в тело страницы. Но после того как стили вставлены в тело страницы, полностью (а где-то частично) “летит” вывод метаданных.
То есть мне нобходимо переместить вывод стилей Autoptimize ниже блока с выводом метаданных Yoast. Более детальней отобраазил на скриншоте ниже (на скриншоте я вывел стили в css файле, что бы было более наглядно).
