Forms (and much more!)

I found this plugin when I was looking for a highly configurable form builder, but it has so many capabilities that I’ve been able to solve issues that I never expected a “form plugin” to address. Thanks! Five Stars. Oh. And customer service is great. Prompt and helpful!
