IP Address field

    I see the latest version has an IP address form field.

    Is this meant to be a hidden field that captures the user’s IP address (which would be helpful for security and auditing) or just a normal field?

  • Hi,

    You have an option to add the IP address to the ticket field. If you add it, the IP Address of the users will be automatically collected and shown in the backend. Please see the screenshot attached.

    Hi,

    To be more clear, it is a custom field to capture the IP Address of the user and can be used for security purpose. You can opt for enabling or disabling by going to the plugin settings page.
