Remove request to s.w.org from twenty sixteen

Hello,
i am trying to remove external http requests from my wordpress installation. I was successfull with google webfonts (via functions.php) but there are still a few external requests and i wonder how to remove them.
(Google Analytics / Tag Manager is fine at the moment)

There is a request to s.w.org that loads a SVG…
This one:
https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/2.4/svg/2714.svg

I dont need this and want to remove the code that includes the request.

No i am looking for a hint on how to finde the line of code to remove this.
