Terms Of Service link to ICANN not HTTPS

Hi,
I ran a screamingfrog on my website to search for redirects & broken links. It is reporting a 307 redirect on the following links: https://www.icann.org/en/registrars/registrant-rights-responsibilities-en.htm

As I understand it, this means that ICANN insists on https:// protocol, so these links need to be updated in the “Terms Of Service” page.

Can this please be addressed?
