• Hey guys,
I’ve searched nearly a whole day trying to find a fix to my problem but I haven’t got anywhere.
Now, if there is a fix in this forum then it’s hiding under a stone because I have looked.

Anyways. I’m using WordPress 2.7 a newly installed version on my new host. I have imported my old files in a XML file from my original free WordPress blog and all the posts, images etc are there and fine.

I am using the theme Contempt (who isn’t?!) and I’ma little stuck. I used the same theme on my original blow (www.tyneitme.wordpress.com) however I have uploaded it to my new site.
Only one problem though, the images don’t display as I’d like them to.

For your convenience ad mien I have uploaded screenshots of what the problem is :

    The right one :

    The wrong

If images don’t come up just paste into your browser!

    Thanks,
    Doocey

  • Download and use the version of Contempt from here:

Right, I’ve went into that but there is no exact download. Just the directory?
    How do I navigate that?
    Thanks,
    Doocey

Either use SVN or click on each file and save, one-by-one.

Ok thanks, I will place all into a Theme folder and then upload to my Wp-Content right?
Just to be sure, that will fix my image problem right?:)
    Thanks, Doocey

Please backup your existing folders before doing anything! Review WordPress Backups.

I installed that theme from that link yesterday, and it did center the caption and put a ‘box’ around the image, but the caption was not inside the box.

I see, it has put it all where I want it however I am trying to edit the header. I’ve done everything right (I think) renamed my photo I want as header the same as the original header was called but it still doesn’t show up.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks,

Did you try reloading browser page–if Firefox that’s Ctrl-R

Yeah I got it fixed and views perfectly on Mozilla however still seems a little off on Opera? Any ideas?
I’m guessing Opera is the problem..
And thanks for all the help so far, appreciate it ??
