• Hi there,

Currently experiencing an issue with our online shop. When you click and view various categories – in particular All Products and Fundraising, the number of products on a page is wrong. I’ve got it set as 3×3 to show 9 products, but in some cases, on the first page of a category, only 8 products will show.

I initially thought it was an issue with the Storefront theme I’m using, but when switching to other themes, the same issue occurs.

Any idea on what is causing this, and how it can be fixed?

    Here’s a screengrab below:

    Hi there,

It’s interesting that the same isn’t happening when the filter is changed to something other than date. Have you tried a test with only WooCommerce active to see if all 9 products are displayed? It’s possible some plugin or custom code is causing 1 product to be skipped.

    Hi @simonmnd

Did you get to the bottom of this problem?

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Hi @dougaitken and @mikedmoore,

I’ve tried turning off all plugins except WooCommerce and still get the same problem. Also tried changing the theme from Storefront Child to Twenty Seventeen and no change.

The only thing I can assume is whether some custom code recently added to the checkout for GDPR is causing the problem?

    Simon.

    Hey @simonmnd

Is this something you have added for GDPR? If it’s on the checkout, it shouldn’t.

Can you go into the Customizer, then head to WooCommerce > Product Catalogue, and check what settings you have there?

    Thanks,

Yes the GDPR is only on the checkout, so in theory shouldn’t affect the other pages.

Looking under Product Catalogue I have the following settings:

Shop Page Display > Show products
    Category display > Show subcategories
Default product sorting > Sort by most recent
    Products per rows > 3
    Rows per page > 3
