Export (download) all product images?

I need to update quite a few product images, so they all look consistent in the category display.

Is there a way to export all the images that are attached to the products as the “Product Image”? I.e. the same image that appears for that product in the category listings?

Trying to download them 1 by 1 is tedious, or trying to fish them out of the massive /uploads/ folder.

There has GOT to be an easier way…

P.S. To be clear, I’m not looking for a way to export the URLs of the images. I got that already. What I want is a method of selecting the ACTUAL images (out of the 40,000+ in /uploads/), so I can update them and re-upload them.
