Some problem with making site with different copy in various subdomains

My Website made with WordPress 2.3.3. and used MySQL Server. I try to explain what I want to do with my site.

The upper right horn there are two clickable flags. One flag for Swedish site and one flag for english site. I would like to put there two more flags, one Russian flag for Russian site and one Finnish flag for Finnish site. I could not able to put there two clickable
flags.

I could not make Finnish site exact as original site. Something I could not add. I could not able to put something in left side as original site.
There is an image in the bottom left of the original site. That image I could not able to put in Finnish site.
Could anybody help me solv my problem?
