Totally disappointed

From day 1 I was having problems with this plugin. The first thing that broke was the gallery’s filmstrip lightbox feature. Some thumbnails would show while other appeared as black rectangles. I contacted support and they asked me to disable the video add on because for some reason it interfered with the gallery thumbnails. I asked them to get back to me when they got it fixed to which I never got a reply.

So I decided to use another 3rd party lightbox to remedy the situation and keep envira just for the image display part on the galleries.

Then version 1.8 got released and suddenly all hell broke loose. I had 10 image galleries and at seemingly random times they would stop loading leaving the page stuck in a loading state. I contacted support they said it was something to do with the transients. Eventually they fixed it. Then later on the same day I had the exact the same problem with a different gallery. To cut a long story short from that day onwards a gallery or two would stop working and I would have to contact them to get it fixed until it got to a point where I couldn’t put up with it anymore so I decided to ask for a refund.

The reply I got from them was “..this was purchased on March 3rd and is outside the 14 day refund. I’m very sorry Terry, I’m unable to provide a refund for you at this time.”

For the record I also bought the pro version which includes all the addons and costs $99.
