Eliminare tutte le fatture

Hello Giorgio,
If you delete the test orders the invoice numbers will be gone too, all you need to do then is reset the counter via WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice > “Next invoice number”.

Grazie, se abulito la fatturazione però ho bisogno che i clienti non vedano più il pulsante SCARICA FATTURA perchè fino ad ora ho emesso le fatture con un altro programma gestionale, si ritroverebbero con una doppiua fattura, quindi è necessario per me cancellarle tutte…. Grazie

Mi spiego meglio, io non voglio cancellare gli ordini perchè sono validi e per i quali ho emesso fattura con altro gestionale, il problema è che il vs plugin ha generato sempre le fatture anche se io non le ho abilitate e quindi una volta che abilito cliccando su “Abilita” succede che i clienti vedono la fattura ed io no volgio questo perchè la fattura (ripero) è stata già emessa.

I see – on the order details page there’s a tab ‘PDF Invoice Data’. If you click the edit button (pencil), you can remove the invoice number and date (you can leave the hour/minute), if you then save the order the invoice will have effectively deleted and they will not show up on the customer account page either.

Grazie, ho provato a farlo ma dopo aver salvato l’ordine la fattura viene nuovamente generata e visualizzata nella bacheca del cliente.

Have you deleted the invoice number & date and then saved?

note that the button to generate the PDF will still be visible. as soon as you press this, the invoice will be generated again, so don’t press it to check if there’s an invoice because then there will be ??
Only the invoice number and date are an indication that there’s an invoice.

Also check your My Account settings in the PDF Invoice settings:

Salve, ho provato a cancellare le fatture ma da My Account è possibile ancora scaricarle.

Ovvero, le fatture vengono generate in automatico anche per i vecchi ordini

I think these invoices may be from another plugin. The plugin does not generated the invoice automatically. What is the “Allow My Account invoice download” setting set to? Are you by any chance using the ‘Italian Add-on’ for PDF Invoices?

L’impostazione “Abilita il download etc..” è impostata come segue:
“Solo quando una fattura è stata generata o spedita via e-mail”

Can you check if the issue still exists after deactivating the italian add-on?

Fatto, ho disattivato il plugin per la fatturazione italiana e il problema adesso non c’è più…. ma questo plugin mi serve , è necessario al corretto funzionamento dell’ e-commerce, c’è una soluzione??? Grazie
