How To Customize Theme?

    I’m NOT looking to create a new theme; I simply want to learn how to turn on the various features, size the elements, put things where I want them, etc. with the full-featured theme I’ve installed. I’m not finding instructions in the Codex.

    Any help will be appreciated, thanks!
