change menu heights

hi,
i have the site https://www.flexchair.uk using your theme and i need two adjustments.
1) to make the height of the lighter green area where we have contacts shorter.
2) to make the height of the logo and menu area bigger. – my logo is not showing fully (the bottom dot halved)
