Contact Form 7 not sending all the data

I have a field that I have setup in contact form 7 and it’s not sending that in the email. Below is the code that I have used in the form:

<p>Your Issue
[textarea your-message] </p>

When a user puts data in that form the email does arrive but it doesn’t contain that data that he entered.
