Hello, first I wanted to say this is a very good plugin for ads (both Adsense and Amazon). Advanced Ads works perfect on desktops but my problem is that it is not showing on mobile devices. I have a responsive theme and I use W3 Total Cache with the proper settings to display ads. I have tried to troubleshoot and turned off W3 Total Cache temprarily and I still cant display ads on mobile devices so I do not believe it is any thing related to W3 Total Cache. I was just wondering if you might be able to take a peek and see what I might be doing wrong.

Hi Elvis1973,

thanks for reaching out.

I checked a post like this one and saw the AdSense ad below the content also on a mobile. Is this maybe resolved already?

Hello Thomas, thank you for your quick reply. I am still not able to view ads on mobile devices but I think I might have found something. If you look at the screen shot of my the Advanced Ads settings, I am not showing the options that are shown in the manual.

I think this might have something to do with my issue.

I also use the website responsinator.com to view how my website displays on mobile devices. I just type in my website URL 50thirdand3rd.com

Hi Elvis1973,

thanks for the details.

What you are seeing in the ad settings is the shortened version. You can disable the “Wizard” by clicking on the “Stop Wizard” button.

It shouldn’t help though, since by default, ads should show up on all devices.

It might actually be the service you are using to view the site. Some of them just filter out ads on the output. However, I tested it and actually saw AdSense also on https://www.responsinator.com/?url=50thirdand3rd.com.

Hi Thomas,
You are correct. On several devices that I checked originally, the ads were not showing but after checking them on a few other devices they did indeed show. I also switched browsers on my phone and the ads now show (I switched from Opera to Firefox and now the ads show). It is curious why certain browsers (with out any ad blocking software) will not display ads.

Thank you for your help and for designing what I consider the best ad plugin in the WordPress repository.

Cheers,
Ben
