    if share/like buttons/related posts are enabled, the date & location info (details) is not visible w/o scrolling.

    either move that info immediately below the desription, or give it an id attribute so that i can put a link in the description…never underestimate the laziness or intelligence of the american websurfer;-}

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey there @airdrummer!

    These share buttons are part of the theme or produced from a plugin not actually built into The Events Calendar.

    We don’t normally support theme customization here in the free forum, but I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction → our Themer’s Guide will get you started in creating awesome custom templates so you can show events exactly how you’d like.

    Hope that helps!

    sorry, perhaps i wasn’t clear: for whatever reason, the jetpack sharedaddy & related posts divs are injected into your div class=”tribe-events-single-event-description tribe-events-content”, and your details div gets pushed off the bottom of the window.

    all i’m asking for is an id attribute to be added to your details div, say “id=tribe-event-details” so that it can be directly linked to. i’ve added it to your code on my website, but of course that won’t survive an update.

    Hey @airdrummer,

    Gotcha.

    tribe-events-single-event-description → is the div where the buttons are present now

    tribe-events-content → could be appended if need be.

    Hey there! This thread has been inactive for a while so we’re going to go ahead and mark it Resolved. Please feel free to open a new thread if any other questions come up and we’d be happy to help. ??
