Hi, I noticed that while I am in the cart page product thumbnails show with no problem but disappear once removing a product or updating cart. Problem is solved after refreshing page. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi nadine7486,

I am testing the page you linked to with a few products and I do see the same thing. No errors in the console log and looking at the source, the image is there. It’s just not being shown.

Can you test using a default theme like Twenty Seventeen or Storefront and see if that helps? If that works as expected, I would reach out to your theme Developer and see if they are aware of any bugs and can provide you with a fix or update.

    Cheers!

Thanks for the quick response Shane.
I switched to Storefront theme and I am having the exact same problem.

    Hi nadine7486,

Hmmmm. I just double checked and I don’t see any caching in your HTTP headers. So you are not caching your cart. Which is good.

Then the next step is to rule out a plugin conflict. You can read more about plugin conflicts in the documentation here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a plugin is to do the following:

    1. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. You can do this manually or by using a plugin to help.
    2. Test to see if the issue has been resolved.

If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict.

It seems that Jetpack is creating all the mess.. After deactivating all my plugins one by one I found out that when I disconnect from Jetpack the problem is solved. That’s ok cause I did not really use Jetpack so it will stay deactivated for me.
Thanks again for all your help.

    Hi Nadine,

That is strange. If you do want to troubleshoot further, please let us know.

Hi, thank you Nadine for sharing your solution! I got the same problem. Although, I wanted to keep Jetpack so I deactivated everything related to images in Jetpack (for performance purposes) and it fixed my problem! So thanks again!
