I’m working on a website that’s using this plugin solely for their future membership subscriptions. The issue right now is the site (after I migrated it) is keeping all the images “protected” from public view, even though said images shouldn’t be protected.

    The starting website is https://virtualrawfitness.com/

    I re-did it on https://leicar.net/vrfDEV/

After moving it to WPEngine account, the images are acting rather strange; some don’t load, but then on some occasions, will load after visiting several pages within the site itself. https://envisionmkt.wpengine.com/

What WP Engine had to say –
look at the URLs and compare them to the site structure via SFTP
looks like the filepath may be going through /download/ instead of /wp-content/uploads

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @vegasshah,

hope you’re doing good today! ??

Could you please double check that the Media Protection add-on isn’t activated?

Cause that’s the only part that can cause that. Also try to deactivate any caches involving in your installation, so you’re sure you’re not getting any previously cached content.

    Warm regards,
    Dimitris
