    This section of Email Options allows you to set up notifications of form submissions for website owners.

    Where is this located at? We can’t seem to find this option in your version you have displayed here…

    I think we accidentally found this by chance here:

    “The blue button that states ‘Form Options’ when on the form you’re working on.”

    That would be cool if you could add that in there, sorry for the trouble here. ??

    The sentence you have mentioned in your first post seems to be from the older version of the User Guide.

    Here is the updated version of it, you can have a look, maybe you will need it in the future.
