I have looked everywhere to try to locate the password reset form and cannot find it. My password reset page is pulling a form using the short code [ultimatemember_password], so obviously the form exists. But, I cannot find this. It is not shown in Forms, Roles, or anywhere. Where can I find it to edit it, please?

In addition, I want to edit the popup that appears once a user has submitted a password reset request. I cannot locate this either. The text reads “We have sent you a password reset link to your e-mail. Please check your inbox.” I want to edit this. How and where can I get to this?

I have edited these both in the past. Not sure why I am not able find these now. I searched for hours. ??

    Thanks,

    Jason

Okay, I figured out that the only way to edit this is to go into FTP and manually edit password-reset.php.

    File path: wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/templates/

    Resolved.
