Need some help please. I have a dedicated server I use for hosting clients websites on, and a few of my own. On a newish WooCommerce site I have (about 4 months old), we only have about 280 customers, 300 orders (current and completed) and about 50 products. I just went to complete this months orders, bulk selected the current order run (about 70 orders) and hit ‘Mark Complete’ in the Bulk Actions box.. after a short while I got the white page and the 504 nginx error.

As this has only happened on my site, before I start making changes server wide, is this something in Woo that is creating this.? Converting too many orders in one go.. sending too many completed emails in one go..??

Is this a Woo configuration fix or a server fix.?

    Thanks
    TONY

    Hi Tony!

You might want to try reducing the number of orders per page to 20 and then doing the Bulk Action, and then seeing if it works.

If it does, or with a higher or lower number, but it’s failing at 70, then it’s likely your server running out of memory while trying to complete so many actions.

Your host can help increase the limit if that’s the problem.

    Hope that helps!
