    Hi,

    I’m trying to upload a PDF to try to start working with PDF Forms Filler but every time I upload the PDF I got a message saying: “The API server could not be obtained” (in Spanish).

    Anyone who can help me with this issue?

    When you first use the plugin, it attempts to get a new key from the API server. If you get an error, that means there is an issue with your connection to the API server. The issue is most likely caused by firewall. Another possible issue is that you have an invalid email address set up in your WordPress admin general settings (new key registration requires an email address). If you are ok with me poking around in your WordPress installation, send me your details to admin at maximum dot software and I can investigate what the issue is for you.
