Map meta data

Is there a way to change post meta keys enroute? I am wanting to import a bunch of custom post types into a new site, and i need to import post meta to differently mapped keys. So lets say the meta on the old site is _address, I need to import that data to the new site which has the meta key set up as tdl_address.
