Cannot connect to VR account from WP Plugin

Unfortunately, the Plugin will not connect to my VR account, despite correct credentials being used. This appears to be a common problem as reported on the forum. Unfortunately, nobody is responding to the forum posts.

Will happily review my rating if someone responds and I can actually use the plugin. Until then it has to be 1* (only because 0* is not available!).
