Problem with white gap on topof page

At first glance it looks like it is associated with the social media icons, the class name: “top-social-wrapper” may give you clues as to where it comes from, theme or plugin ?

I removed top soical wrapper and click to inspect WHITE GAP element. And I get this like on photos https://imgur.com/a/5lezH

So it was not the social media.
I see how the div “gdir-header-container” is getting a width of 1140, but not the height of 342, this could be happening to the “dom” by the javascript doing the slider.
Have you asked in the support forum for the slider ?

I contacted them, but they didnt give me any answer.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem

How about it is because your images are not as high as the ones in their demo, below their minimum height, and they are padding out your image with white at the top.
Try and make your images 1600 x 820 like theirs.

I checheked that earlier (created images in 1600 x 820 px) but I have same problem.
