Renewal Cancellation

I received an email that my subscription for press elements pro would be renewing, however, I no longer want/need to renew it since I know longer have the site it was used on.

When I click on the link provided in the email to make a change to the subscription, it takes me to my wp-admin, but it returns a 404 error since the site no longer exists.

How could I cancel the renewal without having to go to my wp-admin?
