    Hi,

I’ve a problem with translated content:

Every time I update the original content (spanish), change the title and description of the translated content (Catalán) ,turning to the the original language (Spanish).

    How can that be fixed?

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi Dani

Would you care to elaborate on the issue that you are experiencing or show us with screenshots what’s happening exactly? I’m afraid that we do not fully understand your previous explanation.

    Kind regards

    Hi Arnaud,

    I explain:

I’ve two languages in my website.
    The main is Spanish.
    The secundary is Catalán.

I’ve title and description in each language. up here all right.

But when I make a change in the Spanish content, and update the page, the result is that the title and meta description of the Catalan version is changed to Spanish.

What I mean is that it seems like All In One Seo does not really keep the title and description in other languages correctly, does not understand that the page mywbsite.com/ca/ is the same page as mywbsite.com but in another language and that should not change the title and meta description of mywbsite.com/ca/ when updating the page mywbsite.com.

    Can you understand now?

    Thanks!

I’m not able to reproduce this with a Spanish/Catalan WPML setup (or any other languages that is). The title and description aren’t been overwritten when I update the Spanish post, so I suggest you follow these steps and then report your findings here – https://semperplugins.com/documentation/how-to-troubleshoot-issues-with-all-in-one-seo-pack/

    Hi Arnaud,

I found the problem: Is a incompatibility with the WPML Media plugin.

Only I can do is notify the plugin developers but I don’t know if they will do something about it.

Do you know if is your plugin compatible with WPML (Multilingual) plugin?

    Thanks!

    Hi Dani

All in One SEO Pack should be compatible with WPML and I found no issues when I tested AIOSEOP and WPML earlier on my test site – https://wpml.org/plugin/all-in-one-seo-pack-pro/

What is the incompatibility that you’ve found? We’re happy to look into it.

    Kind regards

    Hi Arnaud,

WPML team found the incompatibility. Was the wpml cache, after clear, the problem disappeared.

    Now everything is fine!

    Thanks for your support.

    Regards
    Dani
