    WordPress (Multisite) Version 4.9.5

    When the plugin is activated it runs as anticipated. But when Easy Digital Downloads – Amazon S3 extension is activated, the Backups Calendar and Settings Page are no longer visible.

    The Activity Log page is unaffected and continues to show.

    There is nothing visible in the console so my guess is the CSS is being overwritten.

    I have already written twice to that address with screenshots and a system report but your answer above is the first reply I have had. There’s no point in me writing to that address if nobody answers the emails.

    I just checked your ticket history, and I can see that you have sent the screenshots of the error. And our tech support guy has requested you to submit the credentials using the secure link. Unfortunately, we haven’t heard back from you.

    I provided my credentials and there has been two updates but it still crashes with the Easy Digital Downloads – Amazon S3 extension.

    Hey Terence,

    As I told you earlier on your ticket, We have found the cause of the issue and fixed it.
    The change we made is huge. So accurate testing needs to be done before patching this solution to our update. Our testing team is still working on the test cases.

    So, I do not have an exact ETA from our team. However, I would say it will take at least a month to launch this update safely.

    Hope you are doing great today! We have fixed the plugin conflicts and released an update now. Kindly update your WPTC plugin to the most recent version 1.16.3.

    I set up the latest version, its 75% through its initial syncing at the moment, and everything now seems to be working as anticipated. In fact I am so pleased with TimeCapsule I am going to sign up as an affiliate and offer subsrciptions to all my clients, escpecially those who are using just the backup version of VaultPress.
