    Hi,

My website uses the (free) Accelerate theme from Themegrill. The home page has a slider on it. After updating your plugin on Tuesday I noticed it had stopped working (stuck on first image). Disabling your plugin resolved this. I enabled plugin again to check it really was the problem and it did indeed stop working again.

My website is westbaycottage.co.uk but I don’t think looking at will be very useful as your plugin is currently disabled as I don’t want to leave it with broken slider.

    Thanks,
    Susan

    Hi,

I’d read that. It means nothing to me. I’m not using slider in footer. Don’t worry. I was only telling you in case you wanted to look into why your plugin doesn’t work with certain functions (like sliders). i expect I could add some lines to my css to start excluding things as I think this thread suggests but, to be honest, I’m happy to just run without the plugin!

    Thanks anyway,
    Susan

Hi Susan, sorry to hear that that thread did not help you at all. To tell you the truth I misread your comment above. I am sure that one or two of the settings you enabled in the plugin caused your slide to stop working.

Can you share with me what settings you enabled in the plugin? This can help me understand further and perhaps even help you with your issue.

    Kind regards.

Sorry, its me using the wrong words. I meant deactivated / activated not disabled /enabled.

To be clear everything was working fine with your plugin active. Then I got a notification your plugin had a new level out. I updated your plugin to the new level (3.7) and the slider stopped working. So I deactivated your plugin and the slider started working again. Just to check it really was your plugin (rather than caching or something) I activated your plugin again and my slider stopped working again. So I deactivated it and have left things like that.

Hi, you might like to revert back to the previous version 3.6.1 until the developers find a fix or solution with version 3.7.

    Regards
