• The plugin has a great concept, a little confusing for “non-tech” people to master easily. Meaning, I set it up and spend the next year answering questions about how add a new banner, how to add a group. Why are the dates stuck at 1970? Etc.

Not the fault of the programmer. One star for being a great concept.

Stats are great and give people the info they want/need. One star for that.

The problem with this plugin is that it has a recurring bug that they either can’t or won’t fix probably because it doesn’t happen to every one, but it’s not clear why it only happens to a select few. The same pat answers are doled out every time the bug question comes up on the support forum and if that doesn’t fix it, then you’re ignored and your post is closed.

The only solution that seems to work for this bug is if you totally remove the plugin & associated data tables, and reinstall the plugin. Not so good if you’re trying to hang on to the past year of stats.

Yes, it’s a good plugin. The pro version might not have the bug problems but not willing to spend even a little money to find out because of the way support is being handled.

If you have a issue with the plugin you should get in touch via the forum or email. How can I fix problems if you just write a bad review.
A issue with stuck dates got fixed in recent versions, so perhaps it works better for you now.

Also, mentioning a “recurring bug” but not specifying or even getting in touch about it (I think). Is not helping.

If you have comments or suggestions I’ll be happy to take a look at them.

My review wasn’t “bad”. It was honest, fair and based on my experience. A “bad” review would have been one star with the statement, “if I could give it -10 stars, I would.

I _did_ get in touch with you via the forum on this site & on your website. I was blocked from responding / commenting to my own post, on your site, after you replied. Neither forum gave me or any of the other people who asked for help on the same problem a solution that didn’t involve losing stats.

Twelve days ago, on my own, I stumbled across a workaround to the problem, without losing any stats. Then I moved on.
