Custom email response format not showing

Hi,

I’m using a form with a custom email format response:

%first_name% %last_name% has requested a sample from your Comesto profile page.

This is their message:
%message%

To contact them please use this email address: %email_address%

My problem is that non of the content after the %message% section shows up in my gmail. Wierdly, all of it shows up in my BT.yahoo email account that the email response sends a default copy to.
