only allow users to save profiles

Regarding: Authorize.Net CIM for WooCommerce
Hello,
I’m trying to find a way to only allow users to save profiles so that their CC is not charged at checkout but at a later time, when we ship products. I understand this plugin offers two transaction types: Authorize & Capture or Authorize Only, and both of these apply charges to the CC right away. We want to charge the card after the fact, only when we are ready to ship items. Can this plugin be modified or is there another plugin that works with Authorize.net and Woocommerce that only allows users to save CIM profile?
