    Hi guys I just wanted to know if I migrate our files from our Drupal site to WordPress site, does it affects our current drupal site? meaning, does it makes the site down or just copied the file to wordpress site?

    Any answer will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    We started the import but nothing happens once we clicked the Start/Resume the import button. Is there something we missed? Please see this screen recording: https://kitchensofsurrey.internet-systems.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/import-not-working-1.mp4

    We actually did this step to connect our database:
    -Another solution is to copy the Drupal database on the WordPress database:

    export the Drupal database to a SQL file (with phpMyAdmin for example)
    import this SQL file on the same database as WordPress
    run the migration by using WordPress database credentials (host, user, password, database) instead of the Drupal ones in the plugin settings.

    Hello again @kerfred sorry to bombard you with questions.

    I have another concern. Besides on the import issue I am having right now (I opened a new topic for this) if we will import the Drupal files to WordPress does it override our WordPress site content? or it will just retain and merged with our old WordPress site content?

    Also, does it able to migrate contents in a custom field?

    To answer to your last question, the plugin doesn’t overwrite WordPress, except if you click on “Empty WordPress content” or if you select the automatic removal checkbox.
    In any case, don’t forget to do a database backup before running the import.
