Cannot add VK account after it disappeared

    Hi there.
    I’ve been using your great plugin for a few years. But recently VK account has just disappeared from plugin admin panel. And now when I try to add a new VK account, the plugin cannot authorize it. I mean, first I create a new VK account – it is visible in the networks list. But then, when I try to authorize it, the new VK account simply disappears.. Please help, because I need it a lot. Now I’m using another plugin for Autoposting to VK, but it’s bad, not so good as SNAP.
    I opened a ticket 8 days ago (NXS557804), but no one contacted me still..
    Looking forward.

    Most probably your browser is doing that. Please clear it’s “Saved Forms” data or try another browser.

    Hi there.
    Nothing from the above helps…:( I’ve cleaned the browser completely – still cannon not authorize VK account. Tried also in another browser – nothing.
    I mean, everything is ok till I try to authorize… Then it’s loading for couple of minutes, and finally account is still not authorized and disappears after I refresh the page.
    Any other ideas?

    We looked at debug console and found some errors. We sent screens to this same ticket. Looking forward to your help.

    I have the same problem. I wrote you a support on the site two weeks ago … No one answered anything. I planned to buy a plug-in, but I still do not like your support attitude. Can you suggest a solution to this problem?

    Yes thank you. That helped. But puts the record only in the profile. With groups does not work … Link to the group, of course, I prescribe in the settings.
