Problem with cache

  • Hi
    I have been using your plugin successfully but today after I enabled cache in my website, the signup form has been acting weird, after I enter the data and click submit, the page goes into infinite loop however the data is inserted in the database. I have removed the cache plugin but still I am facing the same problem. Please help!

    I also did a fresh installation of participant database but now I am unable to load the sign up page!

    You must disable page caches on any pages that have Participants Database forms.

    I have tried everything. I even did a new installation of wordpress and participant database. Still the same problem. When I insert data in signup form the page goes into loop and it cannot be accessed until the browser is restarted. I have put the pdb_thanks shortcode in a different page. after submitting form both the pdb_signup page and the pdb_thanks page are unaccessible. Php version in my host is 7.0. Please help!

    I have finally solved the problem. Apparently it was never a problem of cache. It seems to be a bug in participant database. If I add any extra link to the page where I have put [pdb_thanks] shortcode, the problem comes up. Otherwise your plugin works perfectly!
