Great customer service

I’m using the app on two different sites. On one of them, there was a conflict between the app and the theme which caused the feed to display incorrectly. I put in a service ticket and got a prompt response; each email I sent them with new information also got a prompt (and useful or reasonable) response. Problem solved!
