Does not work in multisite

I have installed OnSignal Push Notification.
It works perfectly and I can send messages through OneSignal.
To have more ease on shipments, so I installed OneSignal Sender but, it remains blocked by asking me to install OneSignal Push Notification, but, it’s done!
And the message: “I’m going to help you” at the bottom of the screen does not seem to serve: I’m still waiting for the answer.
