User not get any mail with download link or attachment how to solve it?

    I uploaded EBD plugin to the my site. form working fine with admin site and recieve notification with CF7 but the problem is User cant not receive any Email of file download (in spite of i select the option of “send mail” ).

    What should i do?

    Help me !!
